Nutritional Info/Ingredients:

One 4.4 oz container of whole yogurt (124 cal)

1/2 tablespoon of Chia Seeds (18 cal)

1/4 oz of nuts/dried fruit/seeds (36 cal)

Optional: I also like sprinkling some coconut flakes on top as well 🙂

Chia seeds are great for digestion and nuts/seeds are a great source of protein. All the ingredients in this parfait make it a great anti-inflammatory meal.

Most of the ingredients (excluding the yogurt of course) are also shelf-stable and can be a great addition to your food storage. This makes a great breakfast or snack for any time of the year!
